Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit high-quality video content for diverse platforms (YouTube, social media, ads, etc.), ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling visual narratives that align with campaign goals.
  • Optimize videos for SEO, retention, and platform-specific best practices (e.g., TikTok trends, YouTube algorithms).
  • Implement color grading, motion graphics, sound design, and pacing to elevate production value.
  • Manage post-production workflows—from raw footage to final delivery—meeting tight deadlines.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends (editing styles, tools, and platform updates) to keep content innovative.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional video editing experience (portfolio required).
  • Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro (essential); proficiency in After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro a plus.
  • Strong storytelling skills with an eye for detail, pacing, and emotional impact.
  • Experience optimizing videos for social platforms (e.g., aspect ratios, captions, hooks).
  • Self-driven and able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Good to Have:

  • Motion graphics/animation skills (e.g., basic 2D/3D animation in After Effects).
  • Knowledge of paid media specs (e.g., YouTube/Google Ads, Facebook video formats).
