This is a part-time/full-time remote role for a Senior Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating and curating content, optimizing social media posts, engaging with the audience, and monitoring social media metrics and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple social media channels, including Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Develop and execute creative social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform.
• Define and implement A/B and multivariate testing strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Present detailed reports on campaign performance and insights on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies, incorporating best practices into Marminova’s social media approach.
• Identify growth and optimization opportunities across all channels.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in social media management, with proven success in scaling audiences and engagement.
• Mastery of content strategy, community building, and analytics (tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Meta Suite a plus).
• Sharp communication skills—able to craft compelling copy and translate data into strategy.
• Self-motivated remote worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to engage and grow social media communities
• Excellent analytical skills to monitor and report on social media metrics
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with social media management tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
